I’ve just got back from a short and sweet adventure to Perth. Turns out Perth is a pretty choice city; certainly not what I was expecting with all the ‘Mine Jocks’. I’m looking forward to getting back there at some stage. I didn’t take that many photo’s despite lugging my dslr around with me everywhere I went. The few that I did take came out ok, especially these portraits I took. It help’s when you have a beautiful model though huh:) (Incase you’re reading this = points). The 50mm lens is perfect for portraits. It’s fixed focal length frames a face from most distances used when taking portraits and it has suitable depth of field which is needed to make the face pop out.
